In this role, you will:
- Lead the development and delivery of a workforce strategy aligned to organisational values.
- Champion DEI and embed inclusive practices across all people processes.
- Oversee learning and development, including capability reviews and performance frameworks.
- Manage a £400k L&D and DEI budget to deliver high-impact interventions.
- Guide staff engagement through surveys and action planning.
You’ll bring:
- Proven experience leading L&D and DEI strategy in complex organisations.
- Strong data-led decision-making and budget management skills.
- A collaborative, coaching-led approach to leadership and change.
